Seizing the FSMO roles using Ntdsutil

Open a command prompt on a Domain Controller or a machine in the domain that has RSAT installed. In this case, DC2 will seize FSMO roles from DC1 which is offline. We can run these commands on a command prompt as well as ntdsutil.exe. Here both DC1 and DC2 are server 2012 R2 standard.
